If you wish to keep your existing Australian number we will need to port this phone number from your current Australian provider.
This will cancel your account and number with them, you will no longer have that service when you return home. You may receive a cancellation fee from your current service provider so we recommend you check with them first.
If you wish to do this we will need to organise the port BEFORE you activate your SIM card.
If you do not wish to port the number away from your current provider you can activate the SIM with a new phone number we provide you (it will be an Australian mobile number).
You can then set up call forwarding from your current SIM provider to your TravelSIM phone. You'll need to leave your current SIM in a phone and put your TravelSIM into a different phone.
On the phone with your current SIM in it, follow the process below to set up call forwarding >
iPhone: Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding > Turn it ON > Enter the number you want calls forwarded from.
Android: Open the Phone app > Phone Settings > Call Forwarding > Select Option > Enter phone number > Press OK
