If you are trying to make a call and it does not seem to be working, try these tips:
1. Turn your phone Off then back On
This should be done with all mobile phones on all networks at least once per day.
2. Check Your Balance
Remember you need credit to make a phone call. To check your balance use our free APP or follow this LINK and login.
3. Are you dialing the correct number?
Some calls will require you to dial in the international format. You must start with the + symbol followed by the <country code> for the country you are calling and then the remaining number without the first 0. EG: +61 2 8668 7500 or +61 480 019 382.
4. Do you have network coverage?
Like any other mobile phone service, you need to have network coverage in order to make a call.
To change networks, please try the following:
iPhone: Go to Settings > Mobile or Carrier > Network Selection and turn off Automatic, wait until available networks appear (this can take up to two minutes) > Tap to select carrier.
Android: Go to Settings > Networks, More Networks or Connections > Mobile Networks > Mobile/Network Operators
If these menu items do not match with your device, please refer to your user manual for instructions on how to manually connect a network operator.
If you find coverage is low, try switching networks.
